Based in Richmond, VA, Terry Frank Law is a small firm with big values. Over the last year, they grew exponentially and quickly realized they’d outgrown their in-house website and logo. Terry Frank Law approached Liona Design Co. for professional help to create a new brand that was bolder, more dynamic, would reflect their values and help redefine their industry to be more inclusive and accessible.

The founder, Terry Frank, wanted to create a new type of law firm that respected the values of their clients and guided them through their complex legal challenges in an open and pragmatic way. We wanted to honour their expertise, passion and outside-the-box thinking, while presenting it in a modern and approachable way. “Small Firm with Big Values” become our mandate, creating a logo, visual system, supporting corporate collateral, iconography system, launch materials, and website to bring to life their mission statement and tell their brand story with an informative and empowering voice. All of the elements evoked Terry Frank Laws’ values to be a trusted partner, innovative, inclusive and transparent in their communication. The final product delighted the team, and positioned Terry Frank Law to help lead the legal industry in a more open and inclusive direction. We’re excited to be a part of the amazing adventures ahead.
